Hi, I’m Leesa and I am a work in progress, just like this site! I have been passionate about good health my whole life, and have finally decided to write about the things I’ve learned and hope yet to learn. I am using this blog as my journal, soapbox, repository, community hub and anything else it might morph into. I can’t wait to find out what it turns into!
Eating Habits: I am a pescatarian with a serious commitment to eating as responsibly as I can, for my body’s sake, and for the the world’s sake. I cook about 5 days/week and love to feed my family & friends.
Exercise routine: I’m currently really into pilates & barre workouts, and tend to write about that the most. Yoga also makes its way into my schedule from time to time, although not as much as it used to.
